I wanted to tell you that our Santa (Don W.) was so great!! Everyone at the party enjoyed him. He came in while the children were singing and sat down. He then started singing with the children, asking them questions, had my daughter read the Night Before Christmas with him. (We arrange for each parent to bring a wrapped gift for their child just with their name on it and they place it outside in a box or bag we provide) When Santa arrives he then places those gifts in his bag or uses ours and calls each child by name and hands them their gift. Our Santa sat them on his lap, spoke with each of them as he was truly caring about what each child had to say. He posed for picutres which each of the children and some of us adults. I was truly exhausted, but just seeing the little ones eyes so huge when Santa came in and then when calls their name out it is priceless.... and well worth my hard work. Thank you so much for sending M. Elementary the best real Santa (Dave T.) we have ever had! Santa arrived early enough for our event to begin on time, which I really appreciated. He was patient with our kids, patient with our parents, kept in character the whole event, even danced with the students on stage at the end of the evening! It was hilarious! I want to thank you for all your help this season. I especially want to thank you for getting out a Santa (Santa "L") on Saturday to Sylmar. This event was really important to us and last minute. It was a holiday party for the victims of the recent fires who had lost everything just a few weeks ago. SANTA was able to visit and add a little joy in an otherwise sad time. Thanks again. Eloise C.
