Because 80% of the companies listed sub-contract out their performers!  Only a small group of agencies have their own employees and their own costumes.  Their pricing is higher because they have to pay an outside company or circuit performers at higher prices.  Then they add-on their profit to that price, passing on this cost to you!  Some companies call an agency out of state and then that company calls another company and so on.  Can you imagine the final cost to the client!  When you call (most) 800 or 888 numbers or order your performer 'online' you are getting a ordering house.  They call around or off their 'call list' or they go online themselves, until they fill the order.  They worry most about filling the order and making the money more than providing the customer with the best performer and the highest quality in costumes.  Most of the agencies don't have recent photos or use catalog photos, don't have individual show descriptions, or even know exactly what performer will be sent.  By calling us, directly, we have no third party costs.  We have our own employees & network partners ready to be booked out.  That's one of the reasons we book out so quickly.  Over the past 10 years the entertainment industry has more than tripled in numbers.  That's because everyone 'thinks' they can do this.  Don't be fooled.  It takes years for a company to 'get it right'.  We ARE one of the original start up companies in the entertainment field.  Try to find someone who has been in business since 1987 with having done over 68,000 parties. Does the performer look like the character?  (compare our performers & costumes to other companies)

We send beautiful young ladies for the princess characters and athletic built men for the action superhero’s.  Our mascot performers don’t just stand around, they play with the guests and they do actually talk like the character and, along with a helper, we do games, face painting, balloons, song & dance and more! We also stay in the costume for the full show.  Some of the other companies have the performers come in a do the face painting, balloons and games, then leave to change into the costume, come back for Happy Birthday picture time. Each of our shows are customized to each performance, unlike other companies who do the same thing for every party and every character.  Our characters love what they do and their performance shows it!

I want the performer to arrive on time.  How do I know they will show up?

We schedule our performers so that we allow them enough time to reach your party safely.   We make sure that we allow for traffic and any other circumstances that would prevent them from arriving to your party on time.  Not only do we confirm by email, we call the night before to re-confirm your performer.  We want you to enjoy your party!

Will the show performance be appropriate for my child’s age?

Yes.  We don’t do complex games for children under 3 years old.  They don’t understand ‘hot potato’ at that young age.  If the children are younger, we do bubble play, storytelling, parachute games, song and dance, musical equipment play and puppet play.  If they are older, we offer them challenging games and activities.  Our magicians also do ‘age appropriate’ magic shows.  Our clowns are ‘children friendly’ with multi colored faces and cute hair styles, bright dresses with petticoats, bloomers and striped socks.  We do not pass out candy (choking hazard) and if the child is under 3 years of age, we give the balloon animals to the parents so that they can supervise their child safely. 

What do I need to supply for the performer?

We bring all of our own supplies.  If you can provide a table and 2 chairs for our performer to set-up their equipment.  Also, please provide as much safe space as possible.  During the warmer weather you must provide shade for the performers.  Parking close to the party location is also needed so that we can arrive on time to your party.  Try to keep the children away from swimming pools or busy streets.
